Voter Fraud Unearthed In Michigan After Recount

Ever since Donald Trump beat Hillary Clinton in the presidential election, Green Party candidate Jill Stein has been calling for a recount in Michigan by claiming that voter fraud took place in that state. Now, voter fraud has indeed been uncovered in Michigan, but not the kind Stein was hoping for.

According to The Gateway Pundit, Michigan election officials found that 37% of precincts in Detroit ended up with more ballots than the number of voters tallied by workers in the poll books. Hillary Clinton won Wayne County, which includes Detroit, with 67% of the vote compared to Trump’s 30%.

This week, election officials in Michigan announced plans to investigate the 20 precincts in which ballot discrepancies occurred.

“Detailed reports from the office of Wayne County Clerk Cathy Garrett show optical scanners at 248 of the city’s 662 precincts, or 37 percent, tabulated more ballots than the number of voters tallied by workers in the poll books,” Detroit News reported. “Voting irregularities in Detroit have spurred plans for an audit by Michigan Secretary of State Ruth Johnson’s office, Elections Director Chris Thomas said Monday.”

The discrepancies in Detroit were so drastic that officials could not recount votes in 392 precincts, or nearly 60 percent. In fact, two thirds of these precincts had far too many votes.

“There’s always going to be small problems to some degree, but we didn’t expect the degree of problem we saw in Detroit. This isn’t normal,” said Krista Haroutunian, chairwoman of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers.

Stein’s recount has indeed changed the result in Michigan, as it’s made it clear that Trump beat Clinton by a far larger margin than we originally thought. SHARE this story so we can spread this result!
