Trump Just Called for a Formal Investigation into Hillary Clinton’s Russia Ties

Monday evening, on Twitter, President Donald Trump asked why aren’t congressional lawmakers probing various deals, transactions and connections former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton have to Russia.

These allegations were first reported by the New York Times and based on research from the New York Times bestseller Clinton Cash, authored by Brietbart News Editor at Large, Peter Schweizer.

First, we had the absurd accusation that Russia somehow meddled in our 2016 election, possibly through the use of high level cyber warfare. That claim has since been thoroughly panned by investigators.

The implosion of that one particular hypothesis caused a windfall of other conspiracy theories to come forward. Russia was planting fake news stories in our media to help Trump win. Russia was then working with hackers to released emails from within the Hillary Clinton campaign. Now that the left has been forced to admit that these ridiculous stories were completely untrue, President Trump is going on the offensive regarding connections to Russia. This time, they’re not his connections to Russia.

The Clinton Foundation had received millions in donations from several investors in Uranium One, a Canadian-based company in which a majority stake was sold to Russia’s nuclear energy agency. “The sale gave the Russians control of one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States,” The New York Times confirmed.

Breitbart reports, a troublesome series of undisclosed donations came from former Uranium One chairman Ian Telfer, totalling $2.35 million to the Clinton Foundation while the uranium deal was being negotiated.

More troublesome still was the $500,000 speech Bill Clinton delivered in Moscow that was paid for by “a Russian investment bank that had ties to the Kremlin.”

Why was Bill Clinton taking money from a bank linked to the Kremlin while his wife was Secretary of State?
