A Muslim man recently filed a lawsuit against an Oklahoma gun range claiming that they kicked him out of their business because he is a follower of Islam. Unfortunately for him, however, his plan to get the gun range just backfired in a big way.
Fox News reported that Raja’ee Fatihah filed a lawsuit against the owners of Save Yourself Survival and Tactical Gun Range in the town of Oktaha claiming that they told him to leave after he identified himself as a Muslim. He cited the fact that the gun range had a sign that declared itself to be a “Muslim-free” establishment as evidence for the business’s supposed racism.
Fatihah claimed that gun range owners Chad and Nicole Neal were nice to him until he told them he was a Muslim. He alleged that the couple responded by asking if he was there to murder them, before telling him to leave.
The Neals, however, quickly explained that things actually happened far differently.
Robert Muise, a lawyer with the American Freedom Law Center who is representing the Neals, said that the couple denied Fatihah service because he was behaving belligerently, not because he was a Muslim. He also pointed out that the sign declaring the shop a “Muslim-free” business is protected free speech.
“The only thing the law prohibits is if somebody denies services strictly on the basis of religion, and that didn’t happen here,” Muise said.
Of course, the mainstream media has only been reporting this case from Fatihah’s side and has been ignoring Neal’s side of the story. SHARE this story so we can let the world know what REALLY happened at this gun range!
