In her desperate quest to get to the White House, Hillary Clinton has been doing everything she can to sweep the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attacks that happened under her watch as Secretary of State under the rug. That’s why it came as bad news for her this week when the former fiancé of Ambassador Chris Stevens spoke out to slam Hillary for her role in the terrorist attack that left four Americans dead.
Last Friday, actress and model Lydie Denier spoke to Newsmax host Steve Malzberg about her romance with Stevens, who was brutally murdered by Islamic terrorists on September 11, 2012. During the interview, Denier called Clinton a failure who should have done a better job securing the compound where the attack occurred.
“I think she should have done a better job for security. And, not ignoring his requests for security. If he was a friend, as she said, then you don’t let a friend down,” the actress said, according to Conservative Tribune.
Denier blamed the attack on Clinton, arguing that she did not respond to requests for more security at a critical time when it was obviously needed. Malberg then asked if she feels Clinton is being given a “pass” for her role in the attack, and Denier didn’t hold anything back with her response.
“She’s Hillary Clinton,” she said. “Clintons are very powerful.”
Though Denier has tried to talk to Clinton multiple times, the former Secretary of State has always refused to meet with her. To honor her fiancé, Denier is working on a documentary entitled “A Voice for Ambassador Chris Stevens,” which will tell his side of the story.
