JUST IN: Fox News Host Suddenly Passes Away

The Fox News family is in mourning today after longtime radio and cable news broadcaster Alan Colmes passed away. He was only 66 years-old.

Mediaite reported that Colmes’ death was announced on Fox News just a few moments ago in a segment narrated by Sean Hannity, who worked with Colmes for years on the venerable talk show Hannity & Colmes. Hannity described his former colleague as “one of the nicest, kindest, and most generous people.”

Host Bill Hemmer concluded the segment by saying that even though most Fox News personalities did not agree with the liberal Colmes when it came to politics, they all valued him as a friend.

Few details about Colmes’ death are available at this time. We will update you further as this story develops.
