Yesterday, we reported that Fox News contributor Lt. Col. Ralph Peters had called Barack Obama a p*ssy on live television after his speech about ISIS on Sunday night.
Now, it has been revealed that Fox has suspended Peters as well as popular contributor Stacey Dash, who said that Obama “doesn’t give a sh*t” about fighting ISIS. According to Q Political, both Peters and Dash have been suspended for using profanity on the air. They have reportedly each been suspended for two weeks.
“Earlier today, Fox contributors Lt. Col. Ralph Peters and Stacey Dash made comments on different programs that were completely inappropriate and unacceptable for our air,” said Fox senior executive vice president Bill Shine, according to USA Today. “Fox Business Network and Fox News Channel do not condone the use of such language, and have suspended both Peters and Dash for two weeks.”
Both Peters and Dash have admitted they used a poor choice of words when talking about Obama’s speech, and they each confirmed their suspensions on Twitter.
“Don’t worry, I’ll be back,” Peters tweeted.
“Consequences. Some of us have to pay them. Gladly,” Dash wrote on the popular social media site.
