Texas has been a thorn in Barack Obama’s side ever since he took office seven long years ago. Now, they may have finally figured out a way to stop the president in his tracks with a massive new lawsuit that is set to be filed this week.
Patriotic parents all over the country were furious when Obama recently submitted to transgenders mandating that public schools must allow anyone to use the bathroom of their choice. According to The Political Insider, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is fighting back against this mandate by filing a lawsuit against the Obama administration challenging their order on how schools need to accommodate transgender students.
Inside sources have told reporters that Paxton will announces the lawsuit in Austin this week.
This came weeks after Paxton hinted at plans to take legal action against Justice and Education Departments after they issued a letter to schools all over America demanding that they allow transgender students to use whatever bathroom corresponds with their “gender identity.”
“If President Obama thinks he can bully Texas schools into allowing men to have open access to girls in bathrooms, he better prepare for yet another legal fight,” Paxton said in a statement in response to the letter.
We love that unlike Obama, the great state of Texas is putting public safety above political correctness. SHARE this story if you support Texas’s lawsuit against Obama!
