BREAKING: Liberal Judge Issues INFURIATING Ruling for Thugs Who Beat Disabled Trump Supporter on FB Live

A despicable crime was committed in Chicago, in January, when a mentally disabled man was kidnapped and beaten almost to death, simply because he was disabled, white, and a Trump supporter, and the whole thing was streamed on Facebook Live.

The victim, and his family have been waiting for justice for almost a year, only to find out that the main perpetrator received a sentence of 200 hours of community service.

The perpetrator, 19 year old Brittany Covington plead guilty to committing a hate crime, aggravated battery and intimidation, in exchange for dropping all other charges. Besides her community service, she isn’t allowed to use social media for four years.

The brother-in-law to the victim, David Boyd

The brother-in-law to the victim, David Boyd, told reporters, “We’re so grateful for all the prayers and efforts that led to the safe return of our brother. We’re fully aware of the charges being brought against the offenders. At this time we ask for continued prayers for all those involved, for our family’s privacy as we cope and heal.”

Under Illinois law, an assault or other such crime is a HATE CRIME when the victim is selected “by reason of the actual or perceived race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, gender, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, or national origin of another individual or group of individuals, regardless of the existence of any other motivating factor or factors.”

Just because the victim is white does not mean he should be treated any differently than if he were African American. People cry out whenever crimes are committed against African Americans but yet when such a callous one takes place against Caucasian victims, such a lenient conviction is telling.

WARNING: The following video contains graphic content of the attack.

Illinois law makes hate crimes “class 4 felonies,” which generally call for a sentence of 1 to 3 years. Why did this vicious perpetrator just walk away? People should be outraged at this incredibly lenient sentence.

Our hearts go out to the victim and his family at this time.
